Pickup times are strict, customers are responsible for picking up their order on the agreed date and time.
For special/custom orders, a minimum of 15 days is required to process your order and are subject to date availability.
A 50% deposit is required for special/custom orders and the final balance is due 7 days before pick up. Orders with unpaid balances will not be processed.
Your custom cookie order is only confirmed once all details have been worked out and once the deposit is received (or full payment if applicable).
